Villain team in the Hoenn story.
The water-aligned criminal team that drives the second half of Hoenn's story: stealing the sacred Orbs at Mt. Pyre (Matt), diving to the seafloor near Sootopolis (Shelly), and finally trying to harness the ancient Pokemon's power at the Cave of Origin, culminating in a battle with their leader Archie.
