Villain team in the Kanto story.
The criminal organization behind most of Kanto's story conflicts: disturbing Clefairy in Mt. Moon (Scientist), stealing the old man's glasses (Grunt), occupying the Game Corner (Admin), haunting Pokemon Tower (Executive), raiding the Safari Zone (Executive Female / Ariana), and their named grunts Jessie and James. Generic Rocket battle trainers appear at steps 2, 4, 5, 7, 9, 11, and 12.
