Boss Zones

The Skill World holds three shared boss arenas: Easy, Medium, and Hard. Each is a group PvM fight where the whole crowd wears down one boss on a single shared HP bar, and each is gated behind a Battling skill level. You reach each arena by stepping on its teleport pad in the boss lobby, and a matching pad inside brings you back out. Exit pads are never gated, so you can always leave.

The three zones

Zone Battling gate What spawns
Easy Boss Zone 10 One level 40 boss (1,000 HP) from a 10-species pool
Medium Boss Zone 40 One level 60 Mega Evolution (5,000 HP) from a 10-species pool
Hard Boss Zone 80 Five level 200 legendary mini-bosses (10,000 HP each), then a level 500 Arceus (40,000 HP)

How a fight works

Walk up to the boss and you are pulled straight into battle with it. It fights as one giant boss with a single huge health bar that the whole arena shares: every point of damage anyone deals wears down the same boss, your hits are announced to the other battlers as you land them, and if you arrive partway through the fight the boss is already at whatever health the crowd has beaten it down to. When it falls, everyone who fought is ranked by total damage dealt, and that rank decides your payout and rare rolls.

Each zone's goal

  • Easy Boss Zone (Battling 10): defeat wild Pokemon inside the arena. They roll boss tier at double the normal rate, and every kill sends a soul to the central amethyst crystal. At 10 souls the crystal erupts and the boss appears: one level 40 Pokemon with 1,000 HP from a 10-species pool. You have 15 minutes to bring it down.
  • Medium Boss Zone (Battling 40): the same soul hunt, but bigger: the crystal needs 40 souls, 10 each of four types (Band, Scarf, Specs, and Sash souls, each fed by different kills). It then summons one level 60 Mega Evolution with 5,000 HP from a 10-Mega pool, again on a 15-minute timer.
  • Hard Boss Zone (Battling 80): no soul collecting. Five giant level 200 legendary mini-boss statues (10,000 HP each) are already standing: throw a Poke Ball at a statue to wake it and start its fight. Clear all five and Arceus rises as the main boss: level 500, 40,000 HP. There is no time limit, and the whole raid loops again after each Arceus falls.

Rewards at a glance

Everyone who fights gets paid; your damage rank sets the amount, and the top 3 also roll the rare tables. Rare-roll odds are listed at 1st-place rates: 2nd place rolls at half those odds and 3rd place at a quarter. Wins are broadcast server-wide.
