In the story¶
The player's arrogant lifelong rival and Professor Oak's grandson. He crosses your path repeatedly across Kanto, taunting you as a 'twerp' and 'dweeb' while his team steadily evolves from three starters into a full championship six. He is the culmination of Kanto's story and doubles as the region's Champion.
