Hats
Hats are cosmetic head items worn with the /hat command. Most were released during limited-time seasonal events, with a few coming from the Vote Shop, the Eevee Emporium collection board, and Black Market auction re-runs.
Wearing a hat
Hold exactly one hat in your main hand and run /hat. The hat swaps into your helmet slot and whatever was on your head goes back into your hand. Run /hat again while holding a hat to swap it back out. The command only works when you are holding a single recognized hat.
A hat worn this way still counts as the helmet piece of a Pixelmon elemental-stone armor set, so you keep an armor set's effect while showing off a hat instead. Hats are purely cosmetic, with one exception: the Pot of Gold doubles the money you collect from coin chests while equipped. Unpackaged plushies can also be worn with /hat and count toward armor sets the same way.

Birthday Cake hat
Logging in during the server's birthday window (October 15 to 16) grants a one-time Birthday Cake hat plus a permanent privilege to wear a plain cake as a hat. Once granted, the cake-hat privilege is yours forever.
