Wally¶
Rival in the Hoenn story.
A sickly, timid boy who grows into a strong trainer over the course of the story. He starts with a Kirlia and later evolves it into his signature Gardevoir, appearing first as a friendly rematch rival and again on Victory Road as a formidable challenger.
