Rival in the Johto story.
The player's cold, arrogant Johto rival who first appears near New Bark Town dismissing you as a 'wimp'. He obsesses over strength, secretly trails you across the region, and returns repeatedly with an evolving team of Johto starters, Sneasel, and Ghost-types. His dialogue is terse and sneering ('...').
