Dungeon Items and Drops¶
Everything you can pull from a dungeon run: entry keys, chest loot by tier, recruited Pokemon, and the signature reward items. For the dungeon list and their level gates see Dungeoneering Dungeons.
Entry keys¶
Every dungeon has its own entry key, a named silver key that unlocks that dungeon (its lore shows the dungeon and its Dungeoneering level requirement). You get keys three ways:
- Dust conversion. Defeating a wild Pokemon that drops dust has a 1 in 10 chance to convert that dust into the matching typed dungeon's key. The 18 typed dungeons each map to one type.
- Level gate. The key only lands if your Dungeoneering level meets that dungeon's requirement. If your level is too low the roll still consumes the dust and you get nothing, so leveling Dungeoneering turns that loss into keys.
- Legendary guarantee. Defeating a wild legendary, mythical, or Ultra Beast always grants the matching typed key with no roll and no level check.
- Legendary dungeon keys. Each legendary dungeon's key drops from defeating its own boss legendary in the wild (a wild Deoxys pays a The Moon key), as long as your Dungeoneering level meets that dungeon's requirement. World boss, boss zone, and in-dungeon copies of these legendaries never drop keys.
Keys go straight to your inventory. If it is full, the key drops at your feet with a coordinates message.
Chest tiers¶
Dungeon chest loot is drawn from three tiers per dungeon: Tier 1 (common), Tier 2 (better), and Tier 3 (signature rewards).
Mini-chests¶
Each mini-chest rolls 1 to 4 Tier 1 items. The first mini-chest you open each run also gives a guaranteed healing item, scaling with dungeon depth from a Potion in the earliest dungeons up to a Full Restore and Max Revive in the deepest.
Boss chests¶
The boss chest stays locked until you defeat the dungeon boss. Its quality is rolled once per run:
| Rarity | Chance | Items | Tier 2 chance | Tier 3 chance |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Common | 25% | 3 to 4 | 15% | none |
| Rare | 25% | 5 to 6 | 50% | none |
| Uncommon | 15% | 4 to 5 | 33% | none |
| Epic | 15% | 5 to 6 | 75% | none |
| Legendary | 11% | 5 to 6 | 100% | 10% |
| Ultimate | 7% | 7 to 8 | 100% | 25% |
| Supreme | 2% | 10 | 100% | guaranteed |
Each item slot rolls Tier 2 at the rarity's Tier 2 chance, otherwise Tier 1. Better rolls mean both more items and a real shot at a Tier 3 reward.
Tier 3 keys¶
The Tier 3 slot is the headline pull, a scaling key drop that gets richer the deeper the dungeon:
| Dungeon order | Tier 3 key reward |
|---|---|
| 1st to 15th | that many Shiny Mystery Keys (1 to 15) |
| 16th to 18th | 15 Shiny Mystery Keys |
| 19th to 33rd | 1 to 15 Texture Keys |
| 34th to 35th | 1 Supreme Key |
A Tier 3 pull is announced to everyone in your dungeon session.
Other notable loot¶
- Epic Candy (dungeon-carriable) shows up in Tier 2, raising one IV by +1. Rare Candy in dungeons is always the dungeon-carriable variant too.
- Shiny Mystery Key and Enchanted heals (Revive, Max Revive, Full Restore) also appear as a rare 1-in-200 roll on any Tier 2 slot.
Per-dungeon drop charts¶
Every dungeon's full loot pools, tier by tier. Expand a dungeon to see each item's sprite, what it does, and its odds per roll. Mini-chests roll 1 to 4 items from Tier 1; boss chest slots roll Tier 1 unless they upgrade to Tier 2 at the rarity's chance, and a Tier 3 pick replaces one item when the rarity allows it.

Recruits¶
Mini-bosses and the boss can be recruited (join your party) when defeated:
| Enemy | Base recruit chance | With Frozen Crystal |
|---|---|---|
| Mini-boss | 10% | 30% |
| Boss | 2% | 5% |
A statue that rolls a rare palette always recruits: a ghost or shiny palette gives a 100 percent recruit chance. Recruited Pokemon can be kept or sold at the recruit sell menu for Dungeoneering XP and money.
Signature reward items¶
Tier 3 boss chests also drop the custom dungeon-reward items. The notable ones:
| Item | Effect |
|---|---|
| Frozen Crystal | Boosts your next recruit this run to 30% (mini-boss) / 5% (boss). Toggle with /frozencrystal, once per run. |
| Dojo Trophy | +3% Dungeoneering completion XP while in your inventory. |
| Dragon Key | 1 in 50 chance to upgrade your boss chest loot up one rarity when you open it. |
| Moon Key | Re-open each already-looted mini-chest once for a second loot roll. |
Armor sets¶
Four wearable Supreme armor sets drop as Tier 3 rewards. Each gives +2.5% skill XP per piece (15% for the full set) for its skill, plus a +10% per piece (50% full set) random-key chance when you defeat its matching Hoenn legendary in the overworld:
| Set | Skill | Extra full-set perks |
|---|---|---|
| Atlantis | Fishing | +5% to hook a boss while fishing; +5% Supreme spawn chance underwater |
| Volcanic | Mining | x2 chance to find chests while mining; +5% Supreme spawn chance on land |
| Ozone | Agility | +50% better key odds while traveling |
| Space | (key saver) | chance to save Mystery, Shiny, Supreme, and Dungeon Keys when used |
Prestige upgrades¶
Dungeoneering prestige sweetens the pulls: prestige 7 doubles Dynite and Armorite Ore in chest loot, prestige 8 floors Common boss chests to Uncommon, and prestige 4 has a 1-in-25 chance to bump the boss chest rarity up a tier.
