Void Tier

Void is the third rung of the tier ladder: Shadow, Corrupt, Void, Abyss, Eternal, Infinity. It sits one step above Corrupt and one below Abyss. Void is where the stat jumps start turning into flat percentage boosts.

Getting a Void Pokemon

Void is reached only at the Cloning Machine, by upgrading a Corrupt Pokemon.

Step Max success (three Netherite) On failure
Corrupt to Void 36% drops back to Shadow

Level cap

Tier Level cap
Void 150

A Void Pokemon earns battle experience normally and levels to 150. Exp Candies (XS through XL) work. Rare Candies and rare sodas never work on any tiered Pokemon.

Stat scaling

From Void up, every stat is scaled off the Normal base. Void is about +25% across the board (each Normal stat multiplied by roughly 1.25).

Attack 49 61
Defense 49 61

Look

  • Name color: a teal to purple to dark blue gradient.
  • Aura: a lightning bolt strikes straight down from a cloud above the Pokemon about once a second, drawing itself top to bottom from a black charge point.

Tier rules

  • Evolves within its tier. Where the line evolves, a Void Pokemon evolves into the Void form of its next stage.
  • Shadow Moves and tier effectiveness. It fights with Shadow Moves, which compare tiers instead of types: a higher-tier attacker deals double, an equal or lower tier deals half. Void beats Shadow and Corrupt and loses out to Abyss and above.
  • No heart gauge, no Hyper/Reverse Mode.

Purification

Purifying returns the Pokemon all the way to its Normal form and swaps its Shadow Moves back to a regular moveset. From Void, the only route is a Time Flute; the Purification Shrine only accepts a gauge-empty Shadow Pokemon.
