A protective item of some sort. It is extremely stiff and heavy. It's loved by a certain Pokemon.

How to obtain

• Sold in the Evolution Items shop (/shop) for $50,000.
• A possible Mystery Chest reward at /spawn (opened with Mystery Keys).
• Found Chest loot (hidden chests across the overworld, Thieving skill).
• Pickpocketed from NPCs (Thieving skill).
• Dropped by defeated wild Rhyperior.
• Sometimes held by wild Copperajah (5%), Rhydon (5%).
• PokeLoot chest loot (Tier 2 chests).
• Generated chest loot in structures (Bastion Other).
• PokeStop loot (legendary PokeStops).
