• Dropped by defeated wild Abomasnow, Arctibax, Articuno, Bergmite, Cetoddle, Crabominable, Darmanitan, Darumaka, Eiscue, Frigibax and 8 more species.
• Sometimes held by wild Ninetales (5%), Snom (5%), Snorunt (5%), Vulpix (5%).
• PokeLoot chest loot (Tier 1 chests).
• Generated chest loot in structures (Day Care, Fridge, Fridge Full, Igloo Chest, Village Snowy House).
