A custom palette on PixelmonMMO. The chart below lists every species that can wear it and exactly how each one is obtained.

 Magikarp | Rod-quality fishing: hook a Magikarp using any appraised rod (the Old Fisherman NPC appraises rods; higher appraisals unlock rarer patterns). |
 Gyarados | Evolve a Magikarp with the matching pattern - patterns carry over on evolution. |
| Mega Gyarados | Not obtained directly - this is a temporary battle form. Mega Evolve a skelly Gyarados in battle and the palette carries over. |
