An item to be held by a Pokemon. This small, poisonous barb boosts the power of Poison-type moves.

How to obtain

  • Sold in the Held Items shop (/shop) for $50,000.
  • A possible Mystery Chest reward at /spawn (opened with Mystery Keys).
  • Found Chest loot (hidden chests across the overworld, Thieving skill).
  • Pickpocketed from NPCs (Thieving skill).
  • Dropped by defeated wild Drapion, Glimmora, Mareanie, Nidoranfemale, Nidoranmale, Nidorina, Nidorino, Overqwil, Poipole, Qwilfish and 6 more species.
  • Sometimes held by wild Beedrill (5%), Budew (5%), Drapion (5%), Mareanie (5%), Overqwil (5%), Qwilfish (5%), Roselia (5%), Roserade (5%) and 8 more.
  • PokeLoot chest loot (Tier 2 chests).
  • Raid rewards from 1-star and higher raid battles.
  • Generated chest loot: jungle temple, raids, rare pokestop.
