Halloween palette¶
A spooky event palette. No shop or reward system produces it, and there is no server-wide roll for it.
A few species carry a halloween spawn entry in their spawn data and can appear wearing it in the wild. Ivysaur is one: it spawns in the halloween palette at night around graveyard structures. Check a species' Pokedex page to see if it has a halloween entry.
The random spooky Pokemon that appear near graveyards are a different mechanic: those wear the spirit palette.
