• Sold in the Evolution Items shop (/shop) for $50,000.
• A possible Mystery Chest reward at /spawn (opened with Mystery Keys).
• Found Chest loot (hidden chests across the overworld, Thieving skill).
• Dropped by defeated wild Dragalge, Drampa, Druddigon, Gabite, Kingdra, Kommo-O.
• Sometimes held by wild Dragonair (5%), Dragonite (5%), Dratini (5%), Horsea (5%), Kingdra (5%), Seadra (5%).
• PokeLoot chest loot (Tier 2 chests).
• Generated chest loot in structures (Buried Treasure).
• PokeStop loot (legendary PokeStops).
