Mine C: Cerulean City¶

Cerulean City is one of the 26 Prison mines. It is the third mine: unlocking it costs a one-time 2,000 Prison Points, after Blastoise Beach (mine B) is unlocked. Once unlocked, jump straight to it with /prison c.
